Dino Camp. Grades K-2.
Travel back in time to the age of the dinosaur and discover what they ate, how big they were, and what they left behind. Dig for fossils and look at real dinosaur bones! Camp runs from 8:30-noon, Monday thru Friday.

Aspects of Acting for ages 8-12.
Join us in hosting Champaign-Urbana Theater Company in their Aspects of Acting at the Orpheum. An experiential camp with a dramatic twist and every day a new adventure is included. In this week will be stage direction, improvisation, acting technique, and theatre games. On Friday friends and family will join in the dramatic conclusion for a performance by participants. For ages 8-12. Camp runs from 8:30-noon, Monday thru Friday.

Camp Invention: The Encounter Program. Grades K-5

Design and build carnival games! Create carnival games that demonstrate math principals and a whole lot of FUN. You’ll also find and recover exotic ocean life and then invent and build the necessary equipment and tools to bring your samples back to an ocean research facility. In addition, create a shelter, cross a raging volcano, feed a hungry island dweller, and navigate a booby-trapped passage. This award winning national program is held locally by the Orpheum Children’s Science Museum. For Grades 1-6.
